Hello I’m Katharine, a nutritional therapist, lifestyle and mindfulness coach working with women to find their own version of healthy so they feel like they are THRIVING.

If I were to sum up my thoughts on healthy living in a nutshell, it would be that deciding what to eat or how to move your body shouldn’t be a chore or complicated. In a world where food and fitness are the new religion, I’m as authentic and realistic as they come.

Most of you are tired of trying to navigate the dos and don'ts, the latest trendy diet and the one-size fits all approach. Maybe you’re FEELING OVERWHELMED or FRUSTRATED. Or quite frankly you just DON’T HAVE THE TIME OR HEAD-SPACE to cook one more meal for you, another for your partner and maybe even another for your kids too.

I work with women JUST LIKE YOU who are fed up of being pulled in different directions and WANT TO FEEL AMAZING. We work together to achieve YOUR HEALTH AND WELLNESS GOALS. What this doesn't mean is obsessing about what you can or can’t eat - or cooking multiple meals to please everyone at home!

Food and movement should be about happiness, pleasure, satisfaction, sharing and most importantly living! It’s should not be about angst, guilt, clothes size or indeed stress - we have enough on our plates already!

 

My philosophy is simple.

Balance comes from design.

Move your body.

Support yourself with self care.

And love more.

I am passionate about working with you, supporting you to get to YOUR version of healthy and helping you to live a nourished and balanced life - fit for you and your needs. I want to empower YOU to make the choices about what you need that will also work for your family’s health, doing so with ease and grace.

 

Through my 1:1 coaching support I empower you to live purposefully, enabling you to make choices that work with the ebb and flow of your daily life which makes sense for you, helping you to feel balanced, confident and grounded. 

Working together you will start to feel energised and confident in your own ability to maintain optimal health and happiness long after we have finished working together. Living well and prioritising self-care can be easy when you know what you need, and I love to show my clients how - with lots of hints and tips along the way to make things easier. 

My period is much more predictable now I’ve been nourishing my body and managing how I deal with stress - I feel the best I’ve ever been!

I am passionate about working with women, especially those moving into and through their midlife - for many their best life.

Having said that, I believe all women are superwomen! We carry the world on our shoulders, so finding time to prioritise ourselves is super important.

I live in Cambridge (UK) and am at my happiest when I spend my days with family and friends, enjoying tasty food or exploring the great outdoors - followed by a cold drink or herbal tea and nibbles.
